Event Title: Female Lifting Workshop: Unleashing Confidence at the Gym

Join us for a transformative day designed for women looking to learn more about their on biomechanics and how to take their own training to the next level by building their knowledge and confidence around the big compound lifts in the gym such as Squats, Deadlifts, Pull-ups, Bench Press and more. This workshop will focus on teaching you about the basics and more on these key lifts which play a huge role in your fitness journey as well as self confidence in the gym. Come and join a group of supportive and like-minded women in taking a step up towards achieving the skills, knowledge and strength they want and becoming more confident in the gym!
What to Expect:
Interactive Sessions: We will be asking you to practice what you’ve seen us do; you will be practicing all the lifts while we walk around and provide personal technique tips to everyone as they work.
Knowledge-Building Workshop: Participate in sessions tailored to develop essential knowledge around the correct form, posture, mobility of the body and go through common mistakes with each lift. Learn about pro tips and more and become strong, resilient and confident in and around these key lifts.
Myth Busting and Q&A: Let’s put some myths to bed and stop wasting your time with all things fad! We will also be answering any and all your questions at the end of each section of the seminar. Let’s make sure 2025 is your year to stop wasting time on things that don’t work and focus your efforts on real action!
Cost: £100 per person (includes materials and lunch)
